can't let go version 1.1

this is the first update to be released following ludum dare (where we scored 159/3009 overall!)

added:

• matthewsworld hub button on title
• icon to signal when breathing
• dedicated settings menu
• option to mute SFX
• option to use a simplified background
• option to use he/him pronouns for the partner

changed:

• decreased certain gap sizes on stage 4
• decreased volume for breathing
• mute button is more responsive
• text on credits is smoother
• some text changed to be gender-neutral
